What age is Future Fans for?
Future Fans products are designed for kids ages 4-10 to read, play, and learn alongside an adult.
How do I use the product?
Each box comes with a storybook, surprise activities and toys, and an activity book for additional learning and fun. Adult and child will open the kit together, starting with the storybook, and all other surprises are unboxed over the course of six to eight sessions. In addition to reading, there will be activities and games to do together (do them inside or outside, whatever works best for you!). Please see the "How this works" page at the beginning of the storybook for further information.
Do I need to know a lot about sports?
You do not need sports experience or knowledge to use the Future Fans products. While our products are designed with sports fans in mind, Future Fans is a great tool for adult and kid to learn together about the fundamentals of the game.
How long is each session?
Future Fans boxes are organized into six or eight sessions that always include a reading section and sometimes include activities and/or surprises to unbox. Each session is 10-20 minutes long. We recommended spacing them out over a week or two for best learning.
Can I use Future Fans Football or Soccer for coaching or at school?

How quickly will my child learn the rules of the sport with Future Fans?
In our experience, your child will understand the basic concepts behind a sport after they've gone through the full Future Fans experience.
Will you be expanding to other sports? If so, when?
Yes! After launching with Football, Future Fans is already working on additional sports. Our next product is launching in spring of 2024...can you guess which sport? Here's a hint: futbol!
Can I purchase a Circle Toss or Flick Ball set separately?
At this time, individual components only come together as part of a full Future Fans product.
Can I subscribe to receive all sports kits?

Shipping
How can I track my order delivery?
Standard orders are processed within two business days, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please look for an email from info@futurefans.com and don't forget to check your spam if you don't see it.
Does Future Fans ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time Future Fans ships only within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (3-5 days) is free with purchase so long as you join our email list. We offer faster shipping options for an additional charge. See checkout for those fees.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase, so long as the returned item is in its original packaging and does not show any sign of use. Go to the Contact page to submit a return request. Once received, we will provide a return authorization and address label via email. Please take the unused product to the shipping provider of your choice (USPS, Fedex, UPS). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund returns of unused products per our return policy.
My product came damaged, what should I do?
Please reach out to us at help@futurefans.com and we'll make it right!
Safety
What safety qualifications does this product have?
Our product has been safety tested and all components conform to the ASTM-F963 toy safety standard. Please note our product does have small parts and is a choking hazard for children under 3 years old.
